no its not my healthy weight
but u will just put the weight back on when u go back to a normal diet, choose something sustainable that you can follow through
i dont actually need lot of food, the only problem i have is that sometimes i can suddenly binge on sugar, but it doesnt serve my body well anyway, it just makes me feel slow, but i have enough self control to keep my sugar cravings in check if i have a motivation for it so its not a big problem
