I learned just last summer for the first time ever
And I can’t even reach my toes when stretching and i’m big lmao
so the answer is: sure you can

just try and try and try to do it 
hand hand foot foot
straighten your legs
the progress feels slow but you can do it!!

No I have unnatural amount of testosterone in my body I have muscles without training
But it really doesn’t require much strength 
the rhythym is the key i think and just learning it

i just tried to stupe kråke after however long of not doing it and im still able to do it without breaking my bones so i guess im not a lost cause after all

you don't need to be particularly strong or athletic to learn it, as long as you always make sure to warm up n stretch and have a somewhat soft area to practise on like a mat or grass u should be fine
