Depends on the state. We’re basically 50 different countries. Mine is really strict about gun ownership you have to take classes and get a listened and pass a background check here.

Thats actually really interesting, that each state is SO DIFFERENT and operate on such different laws, beliefs and cultures 
Makes it understandable that you struggle to have a functional, political and health-care system, I'm from Norway, which is a small country and even we struggle to figure out this kind of stuff

two years ago I managed to dislocate my knee while home alone and so I popped it back into place myself and never went to the doctor because it seemed to heal fine and I didn't want unnecessary doctor bills

was that the smartest decision? probably not, but I've ended up fine
