Some "adult" hyperactivity stuff i struggle with are fidgeting, very talkative, interrupting people, impulsiveness,"rastløshet", loud etc. I dont really run around or climb shit anymore lol, hyperactivity can be a lot of things

I have never rlly wondered so much abt that, cus I well, I always thought of hyperactivity as running around yeah, I haven't rlly thought much abt adhd symptoms growing up (mby cus misconceptions abt what adhd even is ??) but I just started thinking abt it one time like how much I actually get distracted etc, spending 20 minutes to change even tho I feel the only thing I focus on is changing, cus I keep going back n forth back n forth between things lol, I guess I am less productive tahn I thought
