and idk he did do some stupid things where he got threads locked, bc of doxxing himself and friends... but he didnt get the ban right away, so i feel like that's weird, to be like aahhh we considered the things now and actually gon ban u 
could also be because the mods had to discuss it + shadowjess prolly had a say in it 2 considering she's admin
bans can take time sometimes due to the mods having to agree or something
