as for face to face convos it depends - but i usually don't go out unless i have to buy groceries, and especially not by myself bc i find that pointless
if it's something like ordering food from a stall outside - i either get someone else to do it for me or don't do it at all

yeah that's the other side of it - social phobia still be kicking me in the head time to time, but meds have helped me there and so now the vibe of me being an asshole overpowers the "they think i'm weird and i wanna escape this situation but i feel like i can't because then they will judge me for that too" mentality
