True sometimes lyrics are so.... useless.... the weird thing is that songs can have a overall happy lyric but the melodies feel melancholic and the ''happy songs'' become depressing
yes it's interesting to hear songs where the melody is happy and the lyrics depressing but tbh after my gorillaz phase i was tired of that trope lmaooooooo cus literally all their songs are like that 

but yeah i listen to lyrics abt sex or drugs or wbababa just cus the sound is nice, as you say it is useless indeed, most of the time
