I think it has to do with the terms of shipping and pay services, like there are certain circumstances where the buyer can get their money back even when there was nothing wrong with the item.

they said i wouldve gotten paid in cash tho
like it did seem super fishy and like a scam i just dont get what they get out of the scam lol
