Yes thats one reason I hate not sleeping, cus Ill eat the same amount of food as when I am sleeping, but when im awake it all burns away too quickly compared to if I would have been sleeping and I get very faint. Like if I go 12 hours without eating ill feel faint, but if I didn't eat for 12 hours because I was sleeping, ill feel fine
