so I mostly make mine by memory now, but I think this is probably a pretty good beginner recipe!

Another option is to save the pickle juice, maybe add a little more fresh vinegar - boil it, and pour it over the cucumbers and then sit it in the fridge for a week.

Always remember to cut the blossom end off of the cucumbers

the blossom end is the end NOT attached to the stem, but if you can't tell, you can cut off both ends, I do that sometimes.

Not sure buying a shit ton of cucumbers seems less strange than buying a shit ton of pickles 🤔

its also super hard when cucumbers aren't in season, because if they're not fresh enough, or the right variety of cucumber (you specifically want pickling cucumbers, which are smaller and firmer), they can get mushy, and its awful.

thought about it already aha, will be on the phone with my frind talking about how i cant believe she forgot to buy all the cucumbers to (insert whatever food requiers a lot of cucumber). works in my head idk im no

dont get me wrong, i do see the flaws in this lmao, but its easier to just buy 5 cucumbers that way n live great for a few weeks. also never done anything like it so hopefully it will be a fun thing to do.
