Little point cus im too lazy to wash everything I own n im already bleeding on my back but I thinkkk,, dunno, the places doesn't seem very usual, I have spots on my back, shoulders, hip and calf, my back is the worst tho but I dunno, might be from smth else im reacting to, since I usually just have very weird allergy stuff
doesn't sound like scabies that much tbh, but could be something along the lines of bedbugs or other animals from the lice family (usually if you get weird places like this on the backside, they come up in your sleep and thus having something in your bed might be the cause of it - though you only ever know for sure after visiting a doctor)
worst thing, depending on where you live and if it truly is bedbugs, there's not that much you can do about it since there's barely any way to get rid of them and in some cities, there's whole streets being infected with those little bastards because they live in the walls and the only way to get rid of them would be to remove the houses and build new ones.
Ouff I cry, but I think bed bugs sounds less gross than scabies at least lol. Might just try to change my sheets oce a week for a while cus its been way too long since I have changed them, I usually don't notice anything from not changing them but mby I do now
honestly, both have an unfair reputation of affecting people who are unclean and unhygienic when in reality that's half of the story
actually, there is a name for scabies affecting people who have a very high maintenance body hygiene and that makes it near impossible to diagnose them because the tell tale signs of scabies are really only visible under a microsope and not with the naked eye like with the regular scabies
honestly, the best way to find out what plagues your skin (after they have figured out if it's an insect bite or not) is to find the actual culprit
up until then, it's all just basic speculation and it all sucks terribly

oh also, additionally to changing the sheets I recommend vacuuming every day to every two days especially in the area around and UNDER the bed. also vacuuming the little slits between floor and wall and maybe even put tape over it to block it (if it's really some sort of mite or louse, it will live there!)

even better! that means less potential for them to get to you
still, if you have a couch or a desk under the bed, do clean under there daily as well
but honestly, best call is to check if it is even insect bites

Yes probably, I will try to just chnage the sheets first (today) n then see if it gets better or not, if not I will uh, probably go to the doctor (I say that, but I know I won't lol), also putting moistruizer cus dry skin is def not helping me out, and the more I itch, the more itchy it gets right, so with less dry skin there would be less itching

oh, vacuum the matress before adding the new sheets and let it lay out in the open for  afew hours with no sheets on
just be careful the cream doesn't make it worse if the little spots are scratched open

that's good to hear
and also, if you really really do not want to go to the doctor, compare your little spots to the ones you can find online on those medical dictionary sites regarding rashes, allergies and insect bites to see what it could be and then have a better plan of action
