yes the rent is a big plus i'd be able to save quite a lot of money every month which would be super niceee
and idk what the contract says actually lmao i haven't rly gotten that much information yet but i mean yeah i probably wouldn't have to live there That long if i realise i don't like it

my understanding was that most stuff is included in the rent except electricity which isn't expensive, and also like internet and stuff obviously isn't included

You need to make sure they note it on the paper, if you choose it.
I pay 5200,- kr fo rmy current flat, where 800,- is for water, gas, electricity etc.  It should be noted clearly if you have to pay aconto.
