Colourpop are cheap, have nice variety of neutral and colourful palettes and have a good, user friendly formula. Same goes for bh cosmetics but in my expiri3ence they're a lot more hit or miss. I have one palette from beautybay and it's pretty good but it's colourful so yeh. Yeah I think I recommend colourpop to start with, most of my stuff is from colourpop and I like it all. Except for the damn pot eyeliners they can DIE
