Yeah my mom has 6 and my dad has 8 (could be 9 lol) and they all married. Pretty typical amount back then. 
wah thats insane my mom has 1 brother and my dad i think has 1 as well altho i dont speak to that side of the family lol
my mom n my dad were born in 64 and 61 i believe, if thats of any significance
