It is normal as human beings to have hair
unless you have excessive amounts of hair all over, there MIGHT be a problem but hopefully, it's not the case here

You seem like you have sensitive skin in that area so I'd suggest using an eyebrow razor, it has 1 tiny blade and helped me tons, fewer cuts, less redness.. overall better.
just need to use something to moisturize the area REALLY well so it won't be dry and itchy, and welll, as you said- raw .

I don't think its very normal, at least moustache n stuff, I have a tiny bit of happy trail like mby max 10 hairs just by my belly button and up to 5 cm down mby but thats all the hair trat grow on my body
You also have light, thin hair so that plays a major role in that.

yes its normal depending on your genes for hair growth and if you have dark coarse hair etc. i have light hair but quite a lot of hair growth so
