Many have the same interest in dating, sex, marriage as people without ds, etc. However, there could have been put down legal measures after an individual has been shown unable to make these considerations for themselves. So, one should probably be aware that there's no "one solution fit all-" answer because it varies between individuals - and if this is a concern, these would be questions to get answers on beforehand.

If the internet is any measure, there are quite a few options aiming to educate people with down syndrome on safety, consent, etc. around healthy sexuality, and that an individual approach is needed and adapted to the person in question.

That was the summary of what I found on google. Take it with a grain of salt. I'm not educated in this, and can't question it. Do the research if you truly need it.
