My thighsometimes hurt, and then ive had weird period symptoms since covid w my feet (is getting better fortunately) but I've heard about a lot of ppl having feet related symptoms. if its intense u should probably check for underlying causes. A quick Google search often assoiate it w endometrioses and such.

i have pcos, so cramps can sometimes be so bad that it feels like part of my thighs have been removed, my insides are being dragged out plus migraine. painkillers just sort of dull that pain so i still have to stay in bed when it's that bad.

also get numbness in my lower back, since the uterus usually swells (for me its a lot of swelling) during period so some stuff in there might get a little squished which probably is the reason for numbness and weird pains.

I have been suffering from PCOS for the past 6 years. Painful period cramps is one of the worst free add on that comes with the problem like you I myself feel horrible back pain sometimes and it makes me feel my thighs(inner) to feel completely numb, so much so that I am unable to sleep without taking a pillow support between my legs even my feet get swelled up during those time of the month. Taking a hot water bath really helps me to soothe the pain.

A small advice: We Indian women are encouraged to take Warm milk with a spoonful of turmeric right before bed time or in the morning everyday during this time it helps to sooth the period pains and cramps.
