i get "normal" pain which ive always gotten bc a lot of food disagrees with me (same as my mom, bad genes and dozens of allergies and intolerances) but in this instance its from the sheer amount of food i eat at a time like it can barely fit

ive been having craving for raw salmon these past few months, i think im becoming a fish person

and there are similar stuff like that that make it hell, I'm lactose intolerant so I know the pain as I LOVE and crave cheese all the time.

well maybe try to break the 3 main dishes in the day down? to smaller dishes?
might give you the illusion you're fuller as you eat all the time... it makes sense in my head but I'm in no way an actual knowledgable enough about this topic

everything with lactose in it is simply GOOD. just likje gluten is just GOOD

ill just eat more that way lmao ive resigned myself to this fate at this point but its just fucking annoying
i hade a normal portion size dinner last week and ive never been more unsatisfied after a meal
