we just want the user banned and theres only 3 admins now and maybe 1 online at a time so its like... i reported them 30 mins before the call out post and they only noticed what happened because of the call out post

I think if there’s only 1 admin online and considering the size of the user base as well, 30 minutes isn’t even that long of a wait though?  Like okay sucks that an asshole gets to be on for a while longer but sounds like it could have been taken care of without contributing to the site toxicity maybe?
