Oh yeah! I think about this when eating or making a lot of vegan fake meats too! Like what I’m missing there is the more like solid fats and stuff, and vegan dairy too 🥲 like I have a hard time with vegan cheese idk if it’s specifically because of the fat but yeah idk, sometimes it just lacks a lil smth when it’s trying to imitate something else

And strawberries are gonna start getting cheaper soon so :) ! But I might try it this weekend even if they’re still pricey i rly wanna make this now! Hopefully my mum didn’t back up my blender in the move 😱

I know there is like those straws that turn milk into strawberry banana or chocolate milk, I wish there was like instant strawberry milk powder like with choccy milk
