i mean a lot of the "professional" self-nailers on youtube from south korea use aliexpress stuff, and they have super high healthcare standards there, so i dont think it's an issue. plus as long as you dont get a bunch of the gel on your skin, you're fineif I didn't work in healthcare I would, I would hate losing a nail into someones abdomen!Â
