Yeahh I’ve been doing that but usually not until like 2 hours into it after someone else has left but tbh I should probably practice just saying I’m leaving and fucking off when I want that’s what my therapist would have said at least haha

o yea they've given me weaker ones before n said if i wear my glasses as much as possible then i can get weaker ones each time, but idk if i believe that 😭
