It exists in a number of countries but it is pretty pointless if you are the only on in town using it.

It's fairly active here (new post at least every minute during the day) but that's probably because it started as a student app and 2/3 of this town is uni students

I live in a (small) student town (?) also but I have to go through like 25 posts before I find one from my city ouff, before it was a lot more but that was 2016 or smth
