of course it's concerning because he's a cringe idiot but the great thing with social media is that we literally do not need it to survive. other platforms will always exist and journalists lived just fine before twitter was a thing, anyone smart won't put all their eggs into one basket.
if elon musk somehow got control over the Whole Internet (tm) then yea, i'd be concerned. but twitter is already a platform with many dangerous people, a lot of misinformation etc so nothing of value was lost. could this set a bad precedent? mayhaps, but if you're implying that only "good" people that don't go against the public wellbeing and have 0 agenda have been controlling the major platforms so far, you're wrong. elon is just a moron publicly
