i mean it's the same with bigots everywhere. i've met so many people who were so unbelievably homophobic that i had no idea how they held down jobs or just interact on a daily basis.
turns out they keep that part of themselves hidden irl, but if they're that radical it will come out at one point.

so nobody likes them and they usually end up moving from job to job until they learn to keep their mouth shut better.
but they do build up an incredible hatred and have anger issues.

I fully agree, I actually had a conversation about something similar not too long ago. A person is who you are, you are a person, human is your species.
