i also had anemia but i took iron and it all went up perfectly even tho my body is getting worse and worse, i wish it had just been anemia <\3

I notice no differenece when my levels are normal or not I just pass out anyway, but its probably because they are euther way too low or just barely in the normal range so its still low probably

No they just make my poop black and thats it. But I take multivitamins so they probably have a little iron in them

Vitamin c yes (or eat an orange) but doesn't help tbh, I've taken that at the same time always
