I could do that but that would make things less fun for me. I think gotchas are fun!
(yes that includes when it's done against me). It's not like we're having a serious debate when we have people who say the kid is somehow in the wrong anyways.

I'd say first learn what tourette is and how that doesn't mean people go out hitting around them like maniacs - someone with tourette hitting someone is actually super rare, because that's not how tourette works
because in that case both are in the wrong
you don't hit someone just out of no where, no matter if it's a kid or an adult
sure, someone who has muscle spasms and can't control their limbs as people without physical disabilities can isn't really at fault like someone who's maliciously doing so
but that still doesn't mean you can hit people
actually, for those that fits to it's kind of a given that they don't put themselves into situations where they hit people unintentionally (I knew someone who was having spasms like that and they purposefully never went anywhere where too many people were because they didn't want to hit someone by accident)
