Here you can just go to any other doctor for free if you are on vacation in a different part of the country etc.
I don't think I have ever had a gp not take me as a patient.
Yes u can go to any doctor here also (25€ ish tho I think, for any doctors visit including ur gp etc etc) but I don't think they have the same rights to prescribe long term treatments and obv they don't know u so unless its some acute health issue I don't see the point
