anything is better than shaving for me personally at least, my skin is so sensitive and infection/irritation prone i get unbearable razor burn and rashes no matter how i do it if i shave. waxing/plucking/epilating doesnt, only leaves me with some whiteheads if im not careful with how i treat the area afterwards

pain threshold i guess. i dont think it hurts a lot but its not pleasant and its more like a mental barrier thing. overall i just much prefer the feeling and results from removing hair at the root rather than cutting it, i also never experience regrowth itching when doing that (tho ingrowns, gotta be good with moisturizing and getting rid of dead skin)
