i remember talking to someone who was in the same ungdomsskole class as one of my high school classmates and i could see she hadn't brushed her teeth and it's the only thing i remember, the plaque thing on her teeth smh

my wisdom teeth is advised not to be pulled out because i could get permanently ........ lam lmao in my face

ik others have commented this but this comment in itself is insensitive. not trying to be rude at all but i struggle with heavy depressive episodes and just getting out of bed to eat once a day or brush my teeth is such a big task. so seeing topics of hygiene can "trigger" me slightly knowing I can hardly take care of myself at the moment.

again not trying to be rude but just trying to bring awareness that literally anything can trigger someone. there are people afraid of hugs, water, grass, etc.
