also, me saying no is me being agnostic
I don't believe in anything, I don't even think there is something out there
but also, I'm not convinced that I am right
like if I ever were to be confronted with evidence against all my beliefs (of there being nothing to believe in), then I'd probably change my mind
but I'm also not holding out for something to be there

(is anyone here??? curious about the statistics since so many say no)
Some, but I think tbh irl its rare finding religioys ppl too. At least in norway from my experience, most are not religious at all or do not care, and then theres some hyper religious ppl

In my village half of the people there claim to be religious
but also, there's a shitton of pseudo-catholics there, so hard to say how many just claim to be religious because it's still the common belief that being catholic means you're a good person of value

I find it weird w religion, my grandma is very much not religious even 1%, but her brother is religious to the point of going on missionary journeys (? Idk english word) to africa or smth, I can't say I respect it much but its very weird how two ppl from the same family are so different lol

I have mmmm never met really or talked to someone or went to school with someone very religious or that talked abt religion at all. I went to christian boy/girl scouts thing but even there nobody was religious except for the leaders I think, onw of them was a priest but he was an alright dude fr

i'm agnostic too, but i think being religious is more actively believing and also practising tbh

I've come to realise that a lot of old people here claim to not be religious but then pull super religious bullshit (as in the reasons why many think you can't be progressive and religious at the same time) with the excuse "you'll never know and I wouldn't want to be in hell with the sinners, so better safe than sorry"
it's weird, because they claim to be relax and don't agree with the "typical christian beliefs" (sex before marriage is sin, everything that isn't hetero is sin, yadda yadda) but then on the other hand they are like "well that's the proper christian way" in regards to everyone with "traditional" values and are openly antagonistic vis-à-vis those who don't hold those values

(for example openly saying they are pro gay marriage but then also lobbying against gay adoption rights and adoption rights in general, because "we need to protect children from the gay perversion";)

I know, I just wanted to add to it since so many said either no but I believe in a power or no I'm atheist and I don't match either of those descriptions
