1stly zoloft can be really good or really bad but the basic is no SSRI is harmless and they do change ur brain.
Just because it gets described to minors does not mean its SAFE. it just simply means doctors own the patent and GET money much more easily by descrip the med.
U just proved how u probs havent even seen the med nor tried it at all. and by taking it personally, I suggest you to do the research next time.

Sugarcoating the harms and head patting wont help them in the long run..

its more about treating the anxiety that goes with ocd. like you have to do cbt probably to get thru the ocd symptoms but in order to even get thru cbt u cant be panicking u know? they do this shit was like all kinds of different comorbidities too my doctor just gave me stuff for Anxiety becuase she thinks i have Autism.

I think its because a lot of the research they're referring to for the info on what to/not to prescribe, is....still happening
like there were some on my test that were like "yeah this med prob wont work for you but the sample size for the study was only like five people so maybe try"
and like, all the stimulant medications really had no genetic research to refer to

lots more are using it, and insurance seems to be covering it, but its definitely still in it adolescence

it literally is the first kinda anti-depressant that gets prescribed in low doses because it has some milder forms of side effects and is more likely to work w a broader spectrum of ppl bases of their biology and reaction to medication.
