i've been considering that lately
in what sense?
bc i haven't known what I genuinely enjoy to do for years because most have just either been hobbies i already had and kept, things i did to simply fill time or "do things" bc it's better than doing nothing at all, or bc ppl told me to do things

have you ever tried not doing anything at all?
from what i can see you might have a tendency of like overthinking and overworking (?) everything and it must be exhausting, even things that are supposed to be chill seems to be approached in the same manner as an obligatory assignment at university and idk if that's ideal

maybe it would do you good to just take a moment to not do something, like you can just exist, maybe listen to music and just think for a while
