It has everything to do with intent and whether the country actually feels threatened. Hitting Poland in a defense from war vs. hitting Poland in an act of war are very very different in the international community (and actually also according to the law) and so the important thing isn't the accident part but the intent.i just find it weird how if russia is the one who accidentally hit poland, all hell would break loose, but if ukraine accidentally hits poland its like oh ok... lets move on
