It's fine lol, it happens if you lie down for too long on one side (or arm in this case)

no but like i straight up couldnt feel my arm at all its how i imagine waking up after having your arm surgically removed would feel like, i dont think i even had muscle control of it anymore

i think my arm was just completely limp from both my shoulder and elbow joint

Does it still feel that way or was it just temporary ?

it went back to normal after 30 seconds or something

but it did happen with my foot afterwards so i think its a result of severe anemia and not solely caused by manually cutting off blood supply

Sounds like your arm just fell asleep then. Nothing to worry about really

Unless you'd get cramps/feel a tingly sensation WITHOUT having over-exhausted or put pressure on your leg/arm , it's something totally normal that happens to everyone. Has happened to me as well during sleep and it's totally fine lol

yea no it happened to my foot as well the next time i drugged myself the fuck to sleep last night so its probably caused by severe anemia since my foot was just chilling it had no right to fall asleep

Most likely because the blood circulation was cut off for a longer period of time (during your sleep) and it felt worse than it really was because you got spooked from suddenly waking up from having your arm fall asleep

I mean if you're genuinely concerned about it, you can always do a check up with your doctor but based on the information you've shared in this thread, it does not sound like something you should worry about too much.

Can also depends on other factors such as your age, temperature, anxiety (unconsciously we cramp/tense up whenever we feel nervous/anxious). It's not uncommon for people who dream a lot to wake up with their legs/arm having fallen asleep becaues they tensed up muscles during deep sleep.
