maybe this is a weird idea but would telling more people about your fear be helpful? like if you tell others and then say that youve told people, then everyone would know that everyone knows idk

anyways im sorry youre going thru it rn i have a few rational and irrational fears and even tho i know theyre irrational theyre still there . i just try to compartmentalize them as much as possible and live life knowing that some day it'll be over and that's ok and my purpose before that is live as happy as i can
