it is what it is, i've accepted that one way or another if you're inherently "unlikeable" (being any sort of minority) that stigma will stick with you and everyone forever, subconsciously (me hyperconsciously im joking but also not really) being like ew why am i autistic : | 

also i just realized something i might get cancelled but i swear to god clashing with other autists is more catastrophic than just not knowing how to talk to neurotypical people

Finally research is stepping up and reseaching Autism in women, which is defo helping. And it being a big issue has been brought to manys attention.
Many misdiagnosed women are defo gon be diagnosed right now, even all the ones who never had a diagnosis or knew something was different. My 22 yo friend recently got diagnosed
