Keep in mind that I live in Australia. I just woke up. I checked my emails on the NL server, but cannot see one from xLolox... So how did xLolox tried to get in touch with me?

Keep in mind that I live in Australia. I just woke up. I checked my emails on the NL server, but cannot see one from xLolox... So how did xLolox tried to get in touch with me? 
Hi Etjen! My name on the dutch server is Xlorenzox (side is powalski but I store my money on there). I've sent an email to the named email address which you see in the pop up when trying to log into my account. Aiko sent for me an email on the dutch server to fluttershy, but no response (yet I hope).  Don't know if its the proper way, but didn't really know how to!
