TL;DR: Dogs love to eat bull penis because it's tasty for them. It is, however, very smelly.

I mean, most dired meat is, so I get it
but honestly, I did not expect the origin of this
as far as I know, you can't get them where I live (at least not in local pet stores - we struggle so much finding food that doesn't have chicken in them, especially treats, because Fipsi is allergic to it)

I think they're called "ox tails" or "bull tails" sometimes as well (or energy sticks) because people dislike knowing their dog eats penis.
Local petstores are really shit at storing non-chicken options sad If you have any raw food shops any place near it might be worth looking there. Sometimes they do good dried goods (even if you don't feed your dog raw diet)

I've fucking up somewhere in my counting, which fortunately means I'm done with taxes for today.  Started p. 653, ended on p. 768 (but minus 11 pages, because they're not curriculum) so that's 104 pages total.

I wrote book review earlier, and realized I finished one yesterday too, so that was nice.

Will probably do contracts now bc they're looming in the near future.

I mean, sadly we only have the local one
and when I say local, I mean this giant chain that's all over Germany and that's about all you can find
and ordering online is often a bit troublesome, because most you can find that ship to us aren't really overly transparent on their ingredients and the ones that do and are, we can already get here
there is one that does offer food for "barfing" (I have no clue if this is the english term or not, but like raw meat feeding) but they do not have small snack options, since they kinda specialise on bigger dogs (most people with small dogs aren't really interested in this and with what you have to pay at butchers ... even we don't eat as much meat anymore because the drop in quality and serious spike in price)

oh no sad That really sucks.

Most online places are a little harder to figures out, but I honestly think that's mostly the dog industry in general.
I don't get the small dogs and no barf thing, but maybe it's because I live in a big city with tons of small dogs and hippies who feed their dog barf, because a small chihuahua only needs meat because they're a wolf, just like we only need oranges because we're chimpanzees.  But honestly, it's frustrating, I get it sad

yeah, I mean, most people here who have small dogs are ... not really into dogs but more the aesthetic
a lot of people who are really serious about dogs here try to get border collies or such, because that's a "real dog you can work with"
looking at it, a lot of people who are seriously into dogs are weird and elitist when it comes to dogs :d but yeah, like, we could never work through 400g of frozen meat with Fipsi at before it goes off

Small dogs are good for aesthetics though, because they usually needs less work and entertainment compared to a husky for instance! I feel sorry for the big working dogs people get "because they're real dogs" and then they never do anything to fullfill their needs.

I honestly agree with dog people !! And a lot of them are unfortunately also weirdly anti-vax with their dogs.

Just give Fipsi enough time :p We usually buy frozen meat as treat for the summer instead of dog ice cream for cooldown.

I mean ... I would agree based on the shorter legs need less running around premise
but also the amount of chihuahuas that have been turned into literal menaces because people don't care about training their dogs because "small dogs don't need to be properly trained" because they are just lapdogs ... makes me go grrrrr
I kinda want a chihuahua later on (long hair though) because they are decent sized for my back issues, great for smaller apartments (like, a bigger dog just automatically also needs a bigger home to run around, especially the time its alone) and they are still dogs that need a lot of brain stimulation so they are brilliant for training them to do little tricks or just play, so you actually have something to do with them (i mean except if you get like the laziest dog ever, that's always possible, in that case rip all the plans :d)
I mean, yeah, border collies you can work a a lot with them, but qualifying other dogs as not so good dogs because of that? nah, I love them all, even the uglies and the lazies
honestly, that could be a good idea! we usually freeze watermelon because she's crazy for it
also, she's really stressing us right now (since a few weeks) because for some reason she seems terrified of her food??? like she eats really slowly and keeps jumping back from her bowl when eating, but other than that, she's fine? she also has no problems eating treats or other things, but the second she's eating out of a bowl, she keeps jumping back in terror and then refusing to go back (so we just leave her food until she ultimately powers through, but it's still weird)

also, I really think th eplans of cutting today to an end and enjoying the rest of the evening is good!

I don't disagree there! But they don't need the 10K run every morning, which I think is better. :p Chihuahuas unfortunately also suffer from bad breeding practices, which doesn't help either, plus the lack of autonomy they often suffer from because a chihuahua saying no is just "fun" compared to a german sherpherd.
Chihuahua is a good choice for an apartment! I also think they're easier to take with you on public transportation and such because it's not a ton of dog, which is better when you live in an apartment.

I don't disagree with that point! Unfortunately it's usually one of the reasons people end up with a dog they can't handle.  We got a small (idiot) dog ourselves, and sometimes we see people with bigger dogs who explain that our dog isn't "a real dog" and their dog is "a real dog", while their dog is just a disobedient untrained mess because their owner don't have time for a high energy breed. (Ugly dogs are the best though)

Watermelon is a good idea as well! We still haven't been able to get our dog on the greens trend, even if we freely try to give her blueberries, apples, banana or similar. She'll eat some peas and a little cucumber, but that's it. Also, have you tried maybe throwing the food out on a grassy area or maybe put it somewhere that isn't the bowl? Sometimes the bowl is the problem and not the food.

It's about taking the breaks you can. :p I'm so tired of tax law.

I've read 30 pages and must take a break because my attention keeps slipping. Drafting contracts is hard to do as a to do list, because I have to read 50-80 pages per exam paper and the language is weird and sometimes completely in French (I don't read French)
