I don't think it will be a problem, I just went a bit crazy during covid because there was no street noise anymore so you could hear other stuff like electric cables an the fridge through the walls and I was wearing ear plugs a lot.
Ugh i hate those type of noises too. Did it heal afterwards?
It was infected so badly I had to take everything out
Oh. Thats too bad. Hope is it healed faster after you take it out and also that it didnt hurt that much, but it probably hurt like hell

It healed pretty fast.

I always wanted to get it re-pierced but one tragus cost like 50€

All piercings 9 euros. Its Spain so its cheaper, but this one was even cheaper. The needle was new and they gave us a kit to clean it afterwards, so at least that was nice. I was scared because it was too cheap, so hopefully it doesnt turn out bad. Hope its not a scam
oh good it was a needle.

Some unprofessional jewelers use piercing guns which can lead to nasty infections.

Do you have octenisept or other stuff for disinfecting the piercing?
Yesss i would reject it if it was with piercing guns, you dont really know if they desinfect it or not.

Yes i do have. I use it to desinfect my cat's wounds, but is for human use. They gave us some neutral gel and like watery serum or whatever is called, but my mum ( that has had piercings when she was young) told me to desinfect it with that so it heald sooner.
It's great that they used a needle and not a piercing gun but I'd also be concerned about the price if it included the jewellery. What metal is it?

After 2 months you downsize! When it's fully healed you can put in a hoop. Clean it twice a day with a saline solutiun, don't sleep on it and don't touch it!!

I've got 3 lobes in each ear, 1 helix, 1 daith, 1 traugus and 1 conch. They all were really easy for me, but my conch has been a pain in the ass since the beginning, october '22.

Healing time of a cartilage piercing is between 6-12 months, but that's the average, so healing can be longer.

It can get infected, but never remove the piercing without consulting a piercer. If you remove the jewelry, the infecting can get stuck inside the ear, that will be nasty and painfull.

If you got any more questions, I'm here to answer them!

No idea about the metal  i cant take it off in 2 month so i dont know if its a good one or a bad one. Probably not a very good one. I was concerned because when i was a kid, earrings other than gold or silver would give me allergy, but it doesnt seem the case with this one. I think is healing alright. Today is the 3rd day and it doesnt hurt that much. Its still a little red and swollen, but i think thats normal.

i only have one ear pierced and both of my nostrils
i have had cyber bites, stretched ears to around 12mm and second pair of ear holes but i took them out

had to clean my nostrils with the medical salt fluid thing bc they were infected for months i think lol.. i still have the long piercings bc the place that did them closed 3

i think face piersings are easier to sleep with, i dont think i would get my ears pierced again bc i sleep on my side(s)

Yeah I definitely don't recommend the conch as a first piercing. The healing and the pain really depends on your anatomy.
My cartilage is really thick on that part of my ear, so the sound it made was loud!
But I know a lot of people who have a helix and tragus, and they wont heal, while mine were so easy

i have 3, now 1 (atm).

i wanted more but too much surgical steel hanging off my skin would ruin my complexion.

my ears are pierced but i've never decided to buy accessories for my ears, however i do have 1 but i'll let users think about that if they want.

it makes me feel terrible just mentioning it.

i have a question
i got my second lobe piercing done (first lobe was done when i was a baby) in june/july this year, and the piercer told me that i can change the earrings after a week. so i removed them to apply more oil and it got infected, causing a part of my piercing stud to get under my skin (skin started to grow over it)
i went to a doctor, he removed the piercings and now the hole is fully closed, but there is still a spot marking where the hole used to be.
i met with my doctor today, he said that i could get a piercing done at the same spot in dec, but he said that he wouldnt recommend it. i asked him about the other areas of my ear too, he said that i can get it pierced, but that he wouldnt recommend it either.
are the chances of infection higher for future piercings if i already had such an infection? should i get it pierced or not? what do you guys think?
