Can you guys do your research about how ao3 is managed before you post bogus shit like that? 

It is an archive managed by a nonprofit organization run by volunteers and everyone who donates a small sum per year can vote in the board elections. There are people from all parts of society on that board. Vote in the election of you don't like the current board members. They would be wise to forbid any politics talk in their work related communication channels tbh. 

This is not just any other fanfic website, it is an archive to preserve fanwork, in theory forever. 

Edit: there are very strict rules for how a nonprofit has to operate, they could quite literally lose their status which could mean the end of the website.
