i read nana forever ago but dropped the manga when i realized it wasn't yuri or finished (i wouldnt mind it being straight, but hachi was giving major lesbian vibes)

My favorites right now are FMA:B, tomochan is not a girl, and promised neverland
haikyuu is the best thing that happened to me n i’m not trying to sound dramatic here! the characters are so realistic and so well written and agghhhhh I just love it so very much 
same thing with nana— incredible writing and incredibly realistic characters, I kind of love the tragedy of it all? the fact that it’s unfinished and will probably remain unfinished forever is symbolic in a way. failed yuri ftw 😔

great pretender is super good, i personaly like action crime and comedy so its perfect for ppl who like that!!! so many plot twists in the story too and the artstyle is unique. 

i cant say much without spoiling it but the mc is a thief, tries to swindle someone only to be swindled by that someone. they combine forces and try to takeover japan lol.

tbf my first FIRST anime was mermaid melody when I was a kid but back then we had no idea what anime was, it was rly just another cartoon. and then I refused to watch anime for the longest time oops

its about criminals helping detectives hunt and think like serial killers. its really gorey. so major TWs, but i really really enjoyed it

HOWEVER i only finished th first season cause sean 2 is garbage and it got spoiled for me,,, which is usually not a dealbreaker until my favorite character is killed for dramatic effect and no other plot related reasons. just for shock-

its like brand new this season, i dont even think it's finished yet??? its a shojo techincally, but the sport aspects are so good, its not sickeningly sweet, the characters have depth and reason. its really really good
