when i used markers i only had copics and promarkers (promarkers are still the best ones, owning a black promarker or five is essential) and like rly bad super cheap stinky ones from tiger

Ah yeah promarker are def on the list, but I love uni pins too much when it comes to black liners, depending in the medium microns are also good!!

but like uni is cheaper and have a more vibrant black, AND thicker sizes

oh yeah no promarkers arent liners. i use microns or pilots
for that
if you want to fill in any space, promarkers are your guy, wont get a smoother surface of color with anything except paint

i dont know about the brand that you showed but i bought some cheap off brand ones from the store and unfortunately they most of the time are not really good. Maybe get a small batch first and try them out i would also recommend browsing through art tok and looking at videos of ppl using copic like markers. There are many cheap alternatives that work just as good as the expensive ones
