we cant cat proof our garden so they stay inside... we took them outside in the garden on a leash a few times but moos gets super upset when its time to go back inside and meows at the door for hours 
but we're going to move sometime soon and then we're going to cat proof the garden for sure 
i hope the new garden will be more fit for it! honestly my patio is a really good base for making it a proper catio i just havent needed it until this year cos my shorter fence kept him inside

percy has honestly never hissed at me until this year, something about being outside kicks in his fight instincts ig, hes also just a very stressed guy in general so i think bein outside freaks him out n he wanna mark his territory haha, luckily hes done hissing now n a sweet baby again n doesnt seem hurt just spooked
