Yes it is very terrifying,,, hopefully once the information has had time to settle it will feel less bad, but it’s all a very exploitative cycle of both fans and in the case of kpopers the idols too to an extent

you're right yeah like sure it brings me a lot of enjoyment but if it "horseshoes" to the point where i start feeling bad... i need to pull back a little.. it hurts me to do this omg i don't want to at all... like some part of me thinks "i'll just live through the pain so when it's over i can be happy again" but i don't think it works like that.. but yes. and thank u so much for talking to me about this without judgement...

Nw I know autism brain can be very emotional even when not 100 rational so no judgement! It’s hard to pull back and to recognize when you have to which things ur super attached to but I believe in you! A little distance and then you can go back to enjoying again yay
