Yeah this happened to me with antidepressants 

Anyway I don't sweat that much on the top of my body (except hairline and top lip), but my buttcrack always gets like super sweaty if im walking etc even tho im not hot lol, sometimes my back, I did use the absolut torr green thing sometimes before (the dab on, not the roll on) and it worked but almost too much to where it felt like the skin was so dry it hurt 
absolut torr is the one I bought but I bought the roll on

edit: to clarify, less sweat is a side effect of that med so idk if a non private doctor would prescribe it that easily but you could try?

I changed depression meds bc of my skin issues, so depending how bad your sweating is you could also try switching the one that makes you sweat/sweat more
