i was actually on 50mg sertraline daily for a bunch of months but that dose did nothing for me and i needed it higher badly and my old therapist kept refusing to raise my dose (she was a weirdo)Ā 
but my new psychiatrist i assume will 100% raise it eventually and hopefully it'll help moreĀ 
and don't worry i don't midn people asking questions hehe
it sucks to not feel heard when you know you need even more treatment... but yes i hope this time you'll get enough help!! good luck for real !!!!
