It's an old term (dating back to colonial times) for a black person, very derogatory, it is a synonym for the n word basically. 
It's not used very much anymore as far as slurs go but still.

yup thats what my bf said but the kids on there got so mad😭 the thread was abt minors calling themselves bimbos and i was just trying to talk with a minor who was calling herself that for whatever reason😭😭
