yeah i struggle a lot with hitting my protein goals so i know ill be eating eggs n cottage cheese and stuff until ive got that figured out more sustainably, its sucky but it is wad it is

good question that makes me think, what do you do if you steal something and just swallow it? i mean they cant take it out of you unless you poop it out so technically you own it for as long as it stays in your body

this happened in a season of TAZ (it was a pin it was very bad, dont swallow things with needles)
