when people tell me something I do\say is wrong and I believe it is very much the right answer. Or, just simply disagree with something I say my first reaction is that: they hate me because we disagree, that I have to be the one that is wrong about something, and since I'm wrong about one thing I must be wrong about everything else too. Alas, you're threatening my whole way of viewing the world and what I think is right. 
I always have to like take a break before I respond to things like this because It just hit me too hard emotionally, I startle.
